End User Licence Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this agreement and the Terms of Service, GlobalFlowX Limited grants you a licence to use Honey Circle that is:

• personal;
• limited to the features included in your subscription;
• non-exclusive;
• non-transferable and non-sublicensable;
• revocable;
• valid only while your access is authorised and the subscription is in good standing.

No ownership of the software or of any part of the platform is transferred to you.

• no account sharing;
• no sublicensing, renting, leasing or reselling access;
• no scraping of the service or its data;
• no reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded;
• no bulk extraction or copying of the database or interface;
• no unauthorised automation, scripting or bot access;
• no copying of the software;
• no building a competing product using our data, interface or outputs at scale;
• no circumventing usage limits, rate limits or access controls;
• no use of private or undocumented APIs;
• no removal or alteration of proprietary notices.

• The software, interface, brand and documentation belong to GlobalFlowX Limited or its licensors.
• Updates, fixes and changes to features are part of the service and are covered by this licence.
• We may modify or discontinue features; where a change is material we will give notice.
• Availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

• If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or payment.
• Your submitted links and edits remain yours; we receive only the technical licence needed to operate the service for you.
• Extraction outputs are made available for your personal use; third-party content within them remains owned by its rights holders.
• Third-party content is not licensed to you by us.

• The licence ends automatically if the subscription ends or the account is terminated.
• We may suspend the licence where this agreement, the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are breached.
• On termination you must stop using the service; sections on ownership, restrictions and liability survive.
• Nothing here removes mandatory rights that apply to you by law.
