Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and GlobalFlowX Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16987194, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

Honey Circle is a trading name of GlobalFlowX Limited. "We", "us" and "our" refer to GlobalFlowX Limited.

Payments are processed through Whop, an independent payment and membership platform with its own terms and privacy policy. Whop handles checkout, membership records and payment transactions. GlobalFlowX Limited remains responsible for the Honey Circle software, delivery of access, customer support, licensing, cancellation terms and refund decisions.

• Honey Circle is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in their jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
• You may not create or operate an account on behalf of another person or entity without authorisation.
• You may not use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

Honey Circle is a subscription software service. In normal use:

• you submit a public, supported link to cooking content;
• the service analyses information available in that content;
• it generates a structured recipe (ingredients, directions, equipment, tips);
• you can edit, save, adjust servings, translate and export the result.

Availability and quality vary according to the source platform, the privacy settings of the post, your location, the quality and language of the content, and technical limitations. We do not guarantee that every URL will work, and we do not guarantee a perfect or complete extraction.

• Only content that is public, lawfully accessible and technically supported may be processed.
• Private, logged-in, paywalled, DRM-protected or otherwise access-controlled content is not supported.
• Nothing in these Terms authorises you or us to circumvent technical protection measures, authentication or access controls.
• External platforms may change their systems at any time, which can temporarily or permanently interrupt support for a given source.

• One account per user.
• You are responsible for your credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
• You must tell us promptly at support@myhoneycircle.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Account sharing, reselling or transferring access is not permitted.
• We may block or end sessions that appear fraudulent, compromised or abusive.

The Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• US$29.99 per month.
• 3-day free trial, then US$29.99 charged automatically, then US$29.99 every month until cancelled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
• Payment is processed through Whop.
• Taxes and currency conversion may be shown and applied at checkout.
• Cancellation and refund are different procedures with different effects.
• Access exists while the subscription is paid and in good standing.

• Access is enabled after the purchase is confirmed and the membership is active.
• You access the service through this website with an account; there is no separate download.
• Technical requirements: a current web browser and an internet connection.
• If a payment fails, the membership may become past due, and access may be suspended until payment succeeds.
• After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for, unless a refund, fraud, chargeback or breach of these Terms applies.
• Access is provided for the duration of a paid subscription. We do not offer lifetime or perpetual access.

The Acceptable Use & Fair Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of your agreement with us.

• You confirm that you are entitled to submit each link you send and that it is publicly accessible.
• You do not transfer ownership of the original content, which remains with its rights holders.
• You grant us only the limited technical licence needed to process your request and provide the result to you.
• Your extractions are private to your account by default.
• Any future option to publish a recipe publicly will require your separate, explicit consent.
• You are responsible for how you use the results.

• Third-party content belongs to its respective owners.
• Honey Circle does not own, sponsor, endorse or control Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest or any external creator.
• All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification.
• Where applicable, links to the original publication are preserved.
• We do not claim any partnership with a platform or creator.

• The software, brand, interface, design and our own content belong to GlobalFlowX Limited or its licensors.
• You receive a personal, limited licence to use the service, as set out in the EULA.
• You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape or replicate the service or its data.
• Third-party content remains the property of third parties.

• Extractions are produced by automated processing and may contain errors or omissions.
• You must review results before relying on them.
• We do not warrant the accuracy of ingredients, quantities, timings, temperatures or instructions.

The AI Output & Food Safety Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may suspend or end access where there is, for example:

• fraud or abusive chargeback behaviour;
• account sharing or resale;
• scraping or unauthorised automation;
• infringement of intellectual property rights;
• unlawful use;
• attempts to circumvent limits or protections;
• risk to the platform, other users or third parties;
• non-payment.

Three different outcomes

• Temporary suspension: access is paused while an issue is investigated or resolved.
• Subscription cancellation: billing stops; the account and data may remain.
• Account termination: the account and associated data are closed or deleted, subject to legal retention.

Refunds are governed by the Refund and Digital Subscription Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Where these Terms and that policy differ, the Refund Policy applies to refund matters.

• The service is provided on an "as available" basis.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We do not warrant permanent compatibility with external platforms.
• We do not promise specific results from any extraction.
• Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you by law.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for your mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from your reliance on an extraction without verifying it against the original source.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, and you may also be able to bring proceedings there.

• We may update these Terms; the version number and "Last Updated" date at the top will change.
• Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
• Changes do not apply retroactively where that would be unlawful.
• Previous versions are archived and available on request at support@myhoneycircle.com.
• Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
